  • Title Company Referral Fee—$50 to $200: Companies like Flat Fee MLS Realty and several others get a referral fee from title companies. This fee is from the monies you pay. If you select your option, you’ll be forced to pay a “Coordination” fee. It’s like paying a “convenience fee” for not using the free ATM.
