  • Title Company Referral Fee—$50 to $200: Companies like Flat Fee MLS Realty and several others get a referral fee from title companies. This fee is from the monies you pay. If you select your option, you’ll be forced to pay a “Coordination” fee. It’s like paying a “convenience fee” for not using the free ATM. There are several other junk fees associated with choosing your own title service.
  • Coordination Fee—$50 to $200: You’re paying for the privilege of not using the title company your Flat Fee Utah MLS company suggested. When you pick your own title company, your Flat Fee company has to coordinate well with that title company. It's like bringing your own snowboards to Park City and paying someone just to make sure your gear doesn’t get lost while you’re out there doing all the actual work.
  • Cancellation or Listing Removal Fees—$50 to $100: You thought your listing would sell as fast as a ski lift on a powder day, but pulling it feels like waiting for your turn at the lift, only to realize the mountain’s closing for the season. Most Flat Fee MLS Utah services will charge a removal fee. Depending on the company's policy, this can range from $50 to $100 or more.
  • Photo Updates Fees—$25 to $75: That photo of your bathroom? It’s giving more ‘Utah construction zone’ than ‘luxurious spa retreat.’ To glow up your listing by adding or swapping out professional photos, you will have to spend $25 to $75 in Utah. The fees depend on how many photos you need to upload.
  • Listing Price Update—$25 to $50: That price was as inflated as a Salt Flats windstorm. Time to deflate it before the market blows it away without a single buyer in sight. Utah Flat Fee Services will charge you a fee if you need to adjust the asking price after it’s live. Depending on the provider, this fee can range from $25 to $50 per change.
  • Feature Changes—$20 to $50: You listed your ‘spacious kitchen’ and now it’s more like ‘I can barely make spaghetti in here without hitting something.’ A Flat Fee MLS Utah provider will charge you $20 to $50 per feature change.
  • Addendum Fees—$25 to $50: You advertised a ‘perfectly dry basement,’ but it turned out to be more like a ‘wet and moldy cave of regret.’ Expect to pay between $25 to $50 for adding disclosures, inspection reports, or other docs to your listing after it’s posted on the MLS (per document).
  • Open House Updates—$25 to $50: Your open house was all set, but then someone realized it was ‘Utah ski weekend’ and now ‘everybody and their dog is parked in your driveway.’ If you want to add or update details to reschedule an open house event, expect to pay around $25 to $50 to your Utah Flat Fee MLS listing service.
  • Description Update Fees—$20 to $40: You called it ‘a private pool,’ but now you see it’s really just ‘a puddle you can barely dip your toes into.’ It's time for a description update—but you can’t do it for free with some Utah Flat Fee MLS listing services.
