Dan Demers, founder of Sell Your Home Services, is a thirteen year veteran of the real estate industry. He has represented clients all over region in more than 200 real estate transactions in the last three years. He is currently licensed in 10 states.

Dan studied Finance and Operations Management at UMass' Isenberg School of Management before working as an underwriter and freelancing in real estate asset valuation. Dan spent several years with Keller Williams prior to leaving the traditional real estate practice to become a Flat Fee Realtor. He has an experience of 5 years as a high school teacher.

His background in education has given him the ability to guide home sellers through the process while being flexible and paying high attention to detail.

Dan is an avid traveller. He has visited 31 countries. His travels include extended backpacking trips through South America, Western Europe, India, and Southeast Asia. Dan's favourite adventures include trekking to Everest Base Camp, a 9-day motorbike tour of Thailand, and following a 500-year-old Inca trail to Machu Picchu.
