Katie sold he first home “For Sale By Owner” in 2002 and knew that she wanted to learn more about the real estate industry and the potential it held for investors. She officially became a Realtor in 2005 and has been investing and helping others to invest in real estate ever since.
In addition to her real estate career, Katie is a horticulturist, urban farmer and advocate for education and agriculture. Real estate investing helped to supplement her income for nearly a decade while she worked full time as a high school agriculture teacher. Today, Katie lives and teaches on her most beloved real estate investment to date - her farm.
