As a senior loan officer in the MIG Memphis branch, I love helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. I strive to make each of my clients feel as if they are my only client by listening to and addressing all of their needs and concerns. During my 20+ year career in the mortgage lending industry, I’ve fostered lifelong relationships with clients that began when I helped them purchase their first home. Those clients have sought my advice and assistance in refinancing their homes or purchasing other homes - some as many as four or five times.
When I joined MIG in December 2011 as a licensed mortgage loan originator in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas, I brought nine years of mortgage lending experience from the banking industry where I was recognized as a top producer. It’s my job to keep up with current loan programs and guidelines so I can tailor a loan solution that’s best for your needs. I work closely with Scott Beaman, Production Assistant, to make sure my clients receive the best possible service and close on time. Area realtors have even nicknamed me “The Closer.”
Because I grew up in Memphis, I truly enjoy getting to serve my community. I am a graduate of White Station High School and a Memphis State graduate from the Fogelman College for Business and Economics with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. When I’m not helping clients navigate the loan process, I serve on the boards of the Highland Hundred (University of Memphis football boosters) and on the board of the Whitworth Homeowner’s Association. I served on the board of directors for Main Street Collierville, am Treasurer on the Executive Board of Directors, and joined the Memphis Convergence Board. I also helped organize a chapter of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes to serve the Southwind High School football program. After attending the Leadership Convention for Collierville in 2019-2020, I still use the leadership experience and knowledge that I gained from it in my work each day. My family and I attend Harvest Church where I also serve as a Deacon, directing our greeters, and serve on the safety and security team. My family and I love to serve and support ministries in the Orange Mound, Binghamton, and Whitehaven areas.
Being a Memphian, I also enjoy spending time with my wife and four children and competing in Memphis-style barbeque competitions, attending the University of Memphis football and basketball events, and cheer on the Memphis Grizzlies basketball team. We love sightseeing in the areas of Memphis that we have not been before but also enjoy revisiting the areas we know and love.
I look forward to assisting you with your current or future mortgage loan needs. You may reach me at the contact information below. I hope to hear from you soon.
