I have been in the constrution trades for the past 30+. Anything from framing, electrical, Plumming, low voltage audio and security and Flipping a few homes. Being in the trades made it an easy decission to get certified in home inspection, too many people are cutting corners to save money and giving people a lesser product than they deserve and spend their hard earned money on. For this reason I wanted to be out there available to home buyers to make sure they are getting value and qulity for their money.
