Michael DiBenedetto (Inspector)

I am married to my wonderful wife of 23 years. We have two children 18(f) and 22(m). I am a Marine veteran and have spent the better part of my career as an inspector. Whether inspecting aircraft, gas turbine components, or houses I always make sure to pay attention to details. 
 

When inspecting aircraft it was life or death and I took that very seriously. With gas turbine components my job was to protect my employer and their customers. With residential/commercial inspections I want to make sure that the client has all of the information needed when making a decision on the biggest investment of their lives.

I started this business for two reasons. 1) I want to provide the best possible service for my clients. I want to help people make informed decisions. (2) I want to help veterans any way I can. Starting with the most vulnerable, our homeless veterans. That's why I donate 5% of every inspection fee to helping homeless veterans in the Upstate of South Carolina. In 2022, I proudly donated to Fellow Countrymen, an organization that has housed over 80 homeless veterans since 2016. I am thankful for all of my clients and realtor partners for helping me achieve this.
