❌ Stephen had a bad experience. They felt there was poor communication and lack of transparency. Their offer was countered, but he wasn’t informed of competing offers or given a survey response. They felt the process neither benefited him nor kept him informed.
Sent offer, agent countered and we asked for survey . Told us that they will get it for us. We were going to counter offer and agent told us they took another offer. Never communicated with us that we were in a multiple offer situation. Never got a response on our request for a survey. How does this benefit your seller when you don’t take a look at all the offers on the table or communicate what’s going on.

You definitely get what you pay for; which is what I anticipated. The staff is slow to respond and does not follow directions. I intentionally chose the package that would have the least “agent” interaction possible – none of them bring any value. They still managed to screw up my deal! When I called/text/emailed to get answers, they stopped responding. You’ll save money but do not expect ANY customer service whatsoever…I’d never use them again!
