List With Freedom is a Flat Fee MLS company. They offer affordable MLS listing assistance in the US. This helps you avoid the hefty 3% listing agent commission and sell conveniently.
Furthermore, your property is not only listed on the MLS but on various other real estate websites for maximum exposure. As a result, you could get the highest possible price with List With Freedom.
However, you might not save much with them. List With Freedom’s packages lack essential services like open houses, virtual tours, and showing services. This could mean higher overall costs for you.
Therefore, we suggest exploring other FFM companies. Houzeo, for example, provides comprehensive packages starting from $399. You get showing assistance, offer management, and various other tools to navigate the selling process with ease.

I would give this service no stars if I could. I’ve listed with them. They kept listing the property under the township name, 3x. The property is in a super quick sell area and the town name is very known. Two weeks of no response, I finally got a few realtors contact me…

Disaster at best. Have had so many locals telling me that they’ve tried contacting me about purchasing my home but cannot ever get a phone call answered. I tried calling myself and have the same issue. These people NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Great way to sell a house. Good riddens…

I worked directly with the seller and they effectively represented themselves. Because of this, the work that would have been the burden of the listing agent became my burden as the buyer agent. I effectively worked both sides of the transaction and was paid for half.

Absolute trash! Realtor never showed house even though people tried to request viewings and had fraudulent voicemail message which deterred buyers more. Total scam

Great service from knowledgeable associates. The quirks in their online requirements were frustrating, but when we established the listing and responses it improved. Paying extra for their administrative assistance was an excellent decision. This is the 4th home we’ve sold using an online broker … and this was the best service ever. Highly recommend.

No contact information in real estate postings for potential buyers to contact anyone. I contacted customer service several times about the problem. The problem was never fixed. Each time I was told that a third party did the listing without any offer for assistance. I would not recommend List with Freedom.

As a real estate professional, I’ve always had a difficult time scheduling showings or getting accurate information when I’ve had folks interested in the listings w/ this company. I am all for different models and services, but I feel like the consumer may not realize the opportunities that are being missed by having such a difficult method for getting information about showing homes, and with no direct contact to the listing agent. I would encourage consumers to explore other avenues.

I was the buyers agent and the listing agent was from “List with Freedom”. The so called listing agent didn’t do the minimum requirements to help his client and required the client to do all their own negotiation. Totally unprofessional and they did their clint no service. If I was the listing agent I would have got my client 30% more for their property

They get sellers into mls but will not help with anything else. Sellers are left to do everything on their own. The buyers agent ends up doing all of the work and there is no representation for the sellers at all.
