ISoldMyHouse.com is a flat-fee company licensed in eight states. They help you list on the MLS without a real estate agent. They also offer multiple selling options.

Pros

  • Multiple selling options like Flat Fee MLS, local agents, and cash buyers
  • You skip the hefty 3% Realtor commission
  • Your home gets maximum exposure through MLS and other websites

Cons

  • Option to upload only 10 photos in the $299 package
  • Their add-on services are overpriced
  • You have to invest a lot of your time in manually completing all the paperwork

ISoldMyHouse.com is a licensed real estate broker. They offer Flat Fee MLS services, cash offers, and connect sellers with partner agents. In addition, they operate in 8 US states but function only as a referral service in the remaining 42 states and D.C.

SoldMyHouse.com offers great exposure to help you secure top-dollar deals. However, the inability to choose your broker may lead to inconsistent service and less control. Plus, pricey add-ons like yard signs and lockboxes can increase your overall selling costs.

✍️ Editor’s Take: For a seamless and affordable home-selling experience, we recommend selling with Houzeo. You get greater control via useful tools like Houzeo Offers, Showings Management, and a direct review process. Plus, you can save more money with their comprehensive flat fee packages starting from $199. Compare ISoldMyHouse.com vs. Houzeo.

ISoldMyHouse.com Cost and Fees

ISoldMyHouse.com offers 2 Flat Fee MLS listing plans. Both of them allow home sellers to DIY the home selling process.

1. Get Listed – $299

This plan allows you to list on the MLS for 6 months. It is ideal for smaller homes and includes some standard features:

👍 What We Like👎 What We Don't Like
✅ Local MLS listing❌ Only 6 to 10 photos
✅ Listing on ISoldMyHouse.com, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc.❌ Expensive add-ons
✅ Buyer leads forwarded directly to you
✅ No listing commission
✅ No cancelation fees

👉 Our Take: While it provides MLS access, it lacks essential support for pricing, negotiations, and contract handling. Sellers without prior experience may struggle to get the best deal.

2. Get Sold – $399

The “Get Sold” plan costs $399 for 12 months. It includes everything from the ‘Get Listed’ plan and one extra feature. You can upload up to 25 photos, which makes it a better option for larger homes.

👉 Our Take: This package offers extended MLS exposure. However, it still lacks key services like pricing and negotiation assistance. We only recommend it for experienced sellers confident in handling their sales.

I don’t usually write bad reviews but it was a very terrible experience. They imputed my address wrong caused me to miss the top of the market and then would not credit me back. I would seriously consider thinking of other companies to use it was not a good experience at all.
