Continental’s FSBO service is extremely frustrating: unanswered calls, broken email features, and irrelevant responses. When I tried to cancel due to listing confusion, the broker was rude and dismissive. Overall, their poor communication and customer service made me cancel.

Set up the listing over 4 weeks ago and still not on MLS, realtor.com or Zillow, Called today and kept getting a machine until I used another phone and got through right away. THEY ARE BLOCKING MY NUMBER!!! Very poor customer service. They have a contract 2 miles long to make sure they get their .25% of your sale. I have dealt with other FSBO MLS companies and never had such a bad experience. I should have read the other reviews. They are not available on weekends.
