✅ MLS listing for only $0❌ Pay $9/ea for changes in MLS listing

Negative Listingly Reviews

❌ Sydney strongly disapproves of Listingly. She states about Listingly’s threats to place a lien on everyone’s property. Sydney’s experience with Listingly made her abandon her decision to sell their home.

Sydney WhiteFloridaSubmitted 2024

I agree with all other negative reviews left for this company. That’s really all that needs to be said without going into a loooong list of examples. They obviously say the exact same thing to each paying customer and threaten to place a lien on everyone’s property. After reading these other negative reviews that say the EXACT same thing and experience the exact same issues, I really wish we would have kept our distance. We aren’t even selling our home anymore because this experience has left us dumbfounded and exhausted.

2. Listingly vs. Simply List

Both Listingly and Simply List offer flat-fee MLS listings. However, their fee structures and service offerings vary significantly. Listingly lets you list on the MLS for free and charges $99 at closing, whereas Simply List takes 0.3% of the sale price + $199 at closing.

Both companies have limited coverage to only one state each i.e., Florida and Georgia respectively. Additionally, both companies have additional services that cost you extra.

3. Listingly vs. Beycome

Listingly and Beycome have similar services and pricing models. Beycome offers you the MLS listing for $99 and provides a la carte services. Whereas, Listingly allows you to list for $0 and charges $99 when your home sells.

Listingly Reviews: Should You Sell With Them?

Listingly’s “zero upfront cost” and low commission of $99 at closing seem compelling. Listingly is a good option if you don’t need much hand-holding to sell your house.

However, they have limited coverage and add-on charges. Their add-ons for basic services like MLS listing changes, yard signs, etc. are expensive. Moreover, they share your details with third-party vendors, who use them to market their services. Sellers have no control over the use of their information.

We recommend you list your home with Houzeo. We offer better services with our various plans. With Houzeo you will get maximum exposure and amazing customer support. Moreover, Houzeo’s web technology and mobile app make home selling a pleasant experience.
